About

MeHi there! I’m Little Welsh (real name: Amy. But an internet alias always seems so much more fun!). I work full time in Marketing for an academic publisher which affords me many opportunities to travel and meet some truly inspiring people. The views on this site are entirely my own though, for better or worse!

I’m also a language graduate (French and Italian) and a total linguaphile. There are few things that satisfy more than a finely crafted sentence uncurling from the tongue, and I’m sure this will become increasingly evident if you take the time to stay a while!

Rightly or Leftly is a small blog with a big vision. I want to use the power of the internet to bring people together, pat each other on the back, and help out in the small ways that might just make a big difference.

Rightly or Leftly is a play on the old adage that there are no mistakes, just learning experiences, whichever way you go. I’ve used the tagline “Making Sustainable Attainable” as I want to focus on changes that are feasible for the majority to incorporate into busy, frugal (through necessity or choice) lives. I dream of living off the grid on a smallholding in the countryside, growing my own produce, and genuinely applaud those who are able to make that work. In the interim, however, I want to focus on working solutions for those transitioning toward a more sustainable life. No judgements, no preaching, and absolutely NO claims that I’m anywhere near perfect.

We’re all in this together. Let’s be nice.

Little Welsh x

You’re a beautiful writer! Looking forward to more posts :). Also, I have to admit that I’m jealous you get to travel so much for work.
